The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Guarantee Agreement (Project "Beskydy railway tunnel" (Construction of Beskydy tunnel) between Ukraine and the European Investment Bank"

Project "Beskydy railway tunnel" (Construction of Beskydy tunnel) was elaborated according to the Procedure for initiation, preparation and implementation of projects of economic and social development of Ukraine supported by international financial institutions, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2008, No. 1027 (with amendments).

Respective bill was registered under No. 0092.
